This squat pad does pretty much what I need it to and that’s to keep the bar from digging into my neck. It’s pretty comfortable and the Velcro straps help to keep the pad secure. I have only had it a month or two so I can’t speak on the long term durability but so far so good!

For the price and money, this is amazing! I have been wanting to use my own pad at the gym for padding with hip thrusts, but it is great quality at the price! The velcro straps are an added bonus to help refrain from sliding around.

I’ve used other pads.. But none match the quality..belt straps keeps the pad from moving..at 50 years old..squatting over 225 to maintain can be a challenge..the pad gives great relief on my lower neck and collar

Great product for a reasonable price. Very comfortable, works well at eliminating upper back/neck pain while squatting. Fits on the bar perfectly and straps hold it securely in place. Would recommend.

This is a gym must! Go hard and stay comfortable in the gym. With heavy weight in the gym comes discomfort and this accessory makes it easy to go even harder.
